Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
You can return your item only if you haven’t used it and it’s in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods do not qualify for returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines do not qualify for return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We grant only partial refunds in certain situations:
- A book shows obvious signs of use.
- You opened a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- You return the item more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note: Since we ship internationally to Kinshasa, DRC, we may not always be able to guarantee eligibility for partial refunds or returns. This is primarily due to various shipping limitations and the complexities of customs regulations that can affect the return process. As a result, we encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase. However, we will assess each case individually and, whenever possible, work with you to find a suitable solution. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to assist you in navigating any challenges that may arise, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that your returned item has arrived. In that same message, we will let you know whether we approve or reject your refund request.
If we approve your refund, we will begin processing it right away, and we will apply the credit directly to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again to make sure it hasn’t already posted.
If you don’t see the refund there, contact your credit card company. Sometimes, they take a few days to officially post the refund to your account.
If your credit card company can’t confirm it, get in touch with your bank. Banks often need additional time to fully process and post a refund to your account, depending on their internal timelines.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the gift giver marked the item as a gift at the time of purchase and had it shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
